Who needs to be at the meeting?

01One host, one guest

Start with a single booking link. Test time zones, calendar conflicts and the confirmation a guest receives without creating an account.

02Any available teammate

Use a round-robin workflow to assign one host. Try an unavailable team member, a priority rule and a rescheduled booking.

03Several hosts together

Test collective availability when all required hosts must attend. Block one calendar and confirm the slot disappears for the guest.

Common questions

Is a free scheduling plan enough?

It can support a simple booking workflow. Check the number of active event types, connected calendars, hosts and reminders you need; team routing may require a paid plan.

How should I test booking payments?

Use the payment provider’s test workflow where available. Check currency, cancellation, refund handling and whether the meeting is reserved before or after a successful payment.

Does calendar integration prevent every double booking?

Test the exact calendars and availability settings you plan to use. Include a late calendar update and a reschedule; an integration name alone does not prove the complete workflow.
