Vendor Momentum Index
Weighted count of vendor-side change events in the last 90 days. 150 events in the window were left out because they describe our research rather than the vendor: a first reading, a re-import, or two of our readers writing the same value differently. It measures documented movement at the vendor, not business performance. Weights read from daten/momentum.json.
